Hello OWAC friends,
I apologize for not checking in recently—it’s been an incredibly busy summer filled with travel across our beautiful state and beyond. I never get tired of road trips to explore new outdoor treasures, and I’m always excited to share these experiences and locations with others.
Whether you’ve been writing about the outdoors for years, photographing California’s stunning scenery, or are just beginning to tell your stories, you’re what OWAC is all about. We’re united by our love for the state’s wild places, and we believe our words and images can spark curiosity and adventure.
Recently, I’ve collected many new stories and photos and am now looking for the right places to share them. If you’re in a similar position, OWAC’s website and newsletter, OWAC Outdoors, are great options. We’re always looking for content, and sharing is easy:
To submit your stories or photos, visit the OWAC website – www.owac.org Click on “News & Posts” at the top of the page, then select “Submit A Post” on the right-hand side. Your content will be published immediately and included in our next newsletter. You can also share the link to your work with anyone you’d like.
So, if you, too, have stories or images to share but don’t have a publishing outlet, consider contributing to the OWAC website and newsletter. We always have space available and an audience of many like-minded people who will love to read and see what you have to offer. OWAC’s website and newsletter are filled with content from members just like you.
I hope you’ve had as much fun this summer as I have. I look forward to seeing your stories and images and sharing in your adventures!
