Outdoor Writers Association of California is planning its next annual conference in Sacramento in conjunction with the International Sportsmen’s Expo. Dates are January 18-21, 2024. OWAC’s annual meeting is scheduled for Saturday afternoon at the Expo, January 20, at 3pm.

The smashing success of the recent OWAC Spring Conference, held at Big Bear Lake, California, gave those attending plenty to create stories around for publication.
Spring is rolling along, and summer is just around the corner. Our OWAC Spring conference commences next week on May 10, 2022, at Big Bear Lake, California and will be an excellent opportunity for attendees to get out and enjoy the outdoor mountain life.

Keep your eyes wide open! While on a recent trip to the Pacific Northwest, we unexpectedly ran into two other OWAC members in the San Juan Islands who apparently had the same great idea that we did. It just goes to show, we all love the outdoors, and you never know where other OWACers might pop up!
