Water Stories will be at the Elkhorn Slough Reserve Visitor Center through the end of the year.
This special collaborative exhibit features the work of the Elkhorn Slough Foundation, California State University, Monterey Bay (CSUMB) students, artists, local students, and community members. Water Stories is a multilingual exhibit exploring connections between people, water, and the region through oral histories, photography, textile arts, and research. The exhibit features beautifully dyed and embroidered quilts that highlight projects ranging from water-quality research to pond restoration and invites visitors to share their own water stories.
The Reserve and Visitor Center are open Wednesday to Sunday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and admission is free.
