I was hoping to share a clever, profound, inspirational and (hopefully) humorous message with you all, but I’m afraid it’s just going to have to wait until our next newsletter. With my passport, binos, hiking boots and cameras all packed and waiting by the front door, I’m heading out to Costa Rica in the morning. I will be spending a few weeks trekking through rainforests, volcanoes, river valleys, and exploring their many national parks in search of as many of the reported 500,000 bird and animal species that can be found in this small but amazingly biodiverse country.

Well, gotta run for now, but I’ll tell you all about my adventure the next time around!
