Now in its third year, the OWAC-sponsored Vachini High School Writing/Photography Contest, open to all California high school juniors and seniors, is the only event of its kind where winners receive cash awards.
OWAC EIC Contest winners won more than certificates this year.
Eight students from five California high schools were winners in this year’s Pat Vachini Writing and Photography Contest sponsored by OWAC. Cash awards to the winners total almost $1,000.
