The OWAC Spring Conference this year is confirmed! Save these dates. Tuesday, May 10th to Thursday, May 12th. Plus save a day or two before and/or after to participate in more of the great activities available to OWAC conference attendees during the pre- and post-conference days.
The venue for this year’s spring conference is Big Bear Lake in Southern California with lodging provided at The Lodge at Big Bear Lake, a Holiday Inn Resort in the heart of Big Bear Village.
“Big Bear Lake is Southern California’s four-season mountain lake escape. Located in the heart of Southern California … Big Bear Lake is the jewel of the San Bernardino National Forest and known for excellent fishing, snowboarding and skiing, hiking, mountain biking and so much more!”
The conference cost is $145 per person for OWAC members and $195 per person for non-members. The cost includes accommodation for two nights, all meals, and all conference activities. Additional nights before or after the conference are available at a reduced rate for conference attendees.
Tuesday, May 10th
11:00 am – Conference Registration, Reception & Marketplace Opens
12:00 pm – Corporate Members have time to share mic to talk about product/services.
12:30 pm – Buffet Lunch & General Meeting call to order
12:30 pm – Spouse/Guests Activity
2:00 pm to 3:00 pm – Craft Improvement (May be combined into one)
3:00 pm to 4:00 pm – Craft Improvement (May be combined into one)
5:00 pm – Social Hour / Hors d’oeuvres
6:00 pm – Banquet
7:00 pm – OWAC presentations
7:45 pm – Announcement of Raffle & Silent Auction Winners
Wednesday, May 11th
5:45 am to 9:00 am – Light Breakfast, Pick up Box Lunch & Water
FULL DAY Activities (details to be confirmed)
HALF DAY Activities – morning and afternoon (details to be confirmed)

8:00 am – Breakfast, Social Exchange, Acknowledgements and Farewells.
Don’t forget activities will be offered on the pre- and post-conference days, Monday, May 9th and Friday, May 13th, for all attendees who wish to participate.
