Announcing the OWAC 2025 Spring Conference. Visalia, known as the “Gateway to the Sequoias,” will be our host city, offering a vibrant backdrop for our gathering. We’ve partnered with Visit Visalia to create a diverse program that showcases the region’s natural beauty and attractions.

Fourth Annual Bishop Trout Rodeo catch and release event draws larger crowd and more fish.
|
|
|
Anglers fished the Upper Owens and Lake Crowley tributaries, Hot Creek, the Lower Owens and any water down to Independence, “open” by the California Department of Fish and Wildlife. Resulting catch logs showed 333 caught and released, totaling 4,289-inches.
