If you are planning to attend the Conference in Loreto this Spring, we have the following updates for you. (More information will follow.)

You must have a passport to travel into Mexico for the Spring Conference and it can take 4 to 6 weeks to get one, so now is the time if you are making plans to attend!
Basic conference fee for individual members is $125.00 (which includes four nights lodging, meals, conference sessions and hosted activities). Conference fee for Supporting members is $175.00 (which includes four nights lodging, meals, conference sessions and hosted activities). Each member or supporting member is allowed one spouse or guest at a flat rate of $175.00. The conference fee remains the same with or without lodging, meals or activities. There are no discounted rates. A $7.00 processing fee will be added for online payments. A $25.00 late fee will be added to payments made after March 15th.

Advisory and Supporting Committee Meeting join Board – 10:00 a.m.
Marketplace setup – 9:00 to 10 a.m.
Registration -- 10:00 to 12:00 a.m.
Marketplace – 10:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. (in same meeting room as lunch and meeting)
Lunch & General Membership Meeting - 11:30 to 12:45 p.m.
Craft Improvement/Newsmaker Sessions - 12:45 to 5:00 p.m.
Newsmaker I – 12:45 p.m. to 1:20 p.m.
Newsmaker II – 1:20 p.m. to 1:50 p.m.
Coffee and light refreshments served in meeting rooms – 1:50 to 2:00 p.m.
Craft Improvement Session I – 2:00 p.m. to 2:40 p.m.
Craft Improvement Session II – 2:45 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
